Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in MedicareBlue℠ Rx (PDP), Platinum Blue℠ (Cost) & Blue Cross Medicare Advantage through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov

If your employer offers Medicare coverage or you can get coverage under the Federal Employee Program® (FEP), please see your employer to learn about your coverage options.

Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. Star Ratings are calculated each year and may change from one year to the next.

Blue Cross offers PPO, HMO-POS, Cost and PDP plans with Medicare contracts. Enrollment in these Blue Cross plans depends on contract renewal. Plans are available to residents of the service area. You may only be able to enroll in a plan at certain times of the year.
